Gaydosh Address Planning Commission on Charter Section 7A.01

Sally Gaydosh addressed a 'Public Hearing' and City Council on January 13, 2015. The questions asked pertain to the zoning of 60 plus parcels of land in the downtown development area to C5 Mixed Use (Commercial/Residential) which according to Gaydosh were improperly changed without a 'Public Hearing' or Vote of the People, City Council must now provide the answers?
